What are the 5 Things Every Mama Should be Doing Daily?

I have to tell you, in working with Mama's nationwide over the last few years I have noticed a few things. I fear that if these mamas don't get the health support they need down the road we will have a lot of mamas sufferings various serious health conditions.  This should be big news, but I find the only times we talk much about mamas is around Mother's Day and then we simply move on. If mama's mean as much to us culturally as we say on Mother's Day you would think there would be a lot more support for them. This way they can continue to 'do all the things,' and not sacrifice their health along the way. Which by the way they are doing. What is the first things to go when a woman tries to fit it all in, often times it is her sleep, workouts, eating healthy foods, taking time for herself and on and on.

I have noticed that no one is taking care of the mama's, including the mama's themselves. And I have decided to do something about that. Starting with my free online training, pop it on while you are washing dishes or listening to laundry. Trust me- you need this information right now.  Close your eyes for a moment, picture yourself and your family in 10 years, what do you look like? How do you feel?  When you look at this woman, you, does she look vibrant, full of life energy and zest or does show look tired, run down and overweight?  Did you picture any dis-eases? Did you picture any health issues, like a thyroid that isn't working or hormones wacked out?  My bet is that you pictured yourself in the best form and I hope for you that is what you will find in 10 years. I do know that if you are NOT doing the things in my training as a basic beginning right now, things will pop up health wise down the road. You can only put off health for so long before dis-ease creeps in and brings in yucky symptoms that disrupt our life.
