Our Gratitude Tree

Thank you so much for joining me, vie email, blogs, social media, my online courses or as a 1:1 client, and sticking with me over this interesting year. I always try to make health fun so as you are implementing things here and there it doesn’t feel boring. Plus we all need a little more fun this year anywhere we can fit it, right?!  I want you to know that I am so thankful to each of you. Every person I can reach and offer some type of health advice fills my bucket a little more. I want you to know I print off and save all of the emails you send that let me know how you’ve changed your health and life with my advice. You keep me going each day. Starting a business isn’t easy, there are many, many, many hours of sweat equity and a whole lot of tears with the ups and downs. One email back from you makes my heart soar and makes every single tear worth it. Isn’t it funny how those emails always seem to come at just the right time?! I love that when you take a minute and look back you can see such a clear picture of how your journey is unfolding.

We started a new tradition this year, one that we will repeat every year. We found a beautiful branch on the ground that we have placed into a large pot on our coffee table,  Each day we add a leaf to it. Each of us. Every single day for the month of November we each add a new leaf (6 a day), written on it, is something that we are grateful for. We can never repeat something we’ve already said, so we really are appreciating everything that is around us. As the days go by you will feel so undoubtably rich beyond measure and so so very full.

I encourage you to do this today, take a moment to appreciate your life, your blessings. Maybe even make a list of 50, 75, 100 things that you are grateful for. In the act of stretching to push ourselves we can realize the power of gratitude on our mood, energy and yes, even our health. If you select 75 write it and then push for 10 more. You have in you! Kinda like push ups, you can eek out a few more if you dig deep.

Our bodies are the most amazing creations. I geek out over them on a daily basis. How they are always trying to heal and work with what they’ve got to keep up going. Thank you for letting me share my excitement and joy in sharing all things health and for supporting me in all the different ways you have. Most of all thank you for allowing me to follow my dream.

Some of the things I’ve heard from others over the past year I will share with you below. I find sometimes when we hear what is amazing for others, we realize we may have taken something for granted that is really very important that our body does for us.  Please comment below with something in your life and health that you are grateful for and enjoy this week of gratitude.
