I know YOU do this…

Why do we do it all ourselves?

When you need a lawyer you don’t write out the contracts yourself. When you buy a house you don’t become the realtor. When your car starts making the clanking sound, you don’t pop the hood and poke around. However,  when you have some little health thing pop up, all of a sudden you turn into a late night detective, scouring the internet for how to fix your issue? Pssst… let me help save you from hours and hours and hours of trying to fix yourself, GO TO SOMEONE WHO SPECAILIZES IN HEALTH.

I’m gonna be straight with you, If I had a nickel every time I worked with someone and I asked why they were doing something or taking a certain supplement, and they said, ” I did some research or I read about it on a blog,” I would be a millionaire by now.

Unfortunately by just adding this here and there, it isn’t always benign. Many times it is hindering the way your body needs to run. People are detoxing when they shouldn’t be, they are adding things for issues they don’t actually have and they are taking things they do not need. I know many people are trying to go keto or doing intermittent fasting and are gaining weight not losing weight and in the meantime they are stressing their adrenals and endocrine systems. And I could go on and on. Not only does it not always solve your issues, but it can create more. Also it often times leaves people saying, “Oh I tried doing things more naturally and it didn’t really work.” Or “I tried that supplement and it didn’t solve my problem.” What if you made an appointment with a nutritionist and got a personalized plan for what your body needs right now in this moment. You’d also get insight on what the root cause of the problem or issue could be and I bet many times you come out learning more about what your body actually needs.  It is okay to ask for help, it is okay to make an appointment because there are many people out there who just want to help you.  Make an appointment today with me and we can work through your individual body to figure out what it’s trying to tell you.
