Add olive oil to your soup pot
Chop onions and garlic and sauté
Add carrots, celery and celery root
Stir the above mixture on medium heat and sauté for about 5-10 minutes
Add dried bay leaf, salt and pepper
Add broth, cooked chicken and noodles
Allow to simmer for 2+ hours, enjoy! (Don't eat the bay leaf, just save for another soup or toss in the compost)
