Imagine if you learned from a really young age what your body needs? You could probably side step a large amount of health woes! And let me tell you when your health isn’t holding you back, the things you are able to accomplish could be HUGE! So I always want to start with the future, a future of people who know how to take care of these meat bodies we live in and funnily enough when our health soars so does the health of the planet we live on, you know Earth, aka home. Healthy people can change this world and to go to the future, we have to go to the kids! These kids ARE our future.
